Evergreen Arborists Consultants, Inc. has a passion for tree care. We are a second generation tree,
horticulture, landscape, and consulting company. Since 1984, we have been involved in a wide range of
services throughout California in the tree and landscape industry. Our background includes hands-on
experience in tree care, landscape maintenance, landscape construction, and irrigation management.
Our problem solving approach, make us an excellent choice as a technical consultant or expert witness
on a wide variety of tree and landscape related issues. We provide detailed investigations, independent
analysis and expert witness testimony in support of litigation for premise liability and trespass cases.
We have served as an expert witness, technical consultant or forensic investigator for cases up to
$22,000,000. We have testified at depositions, mediations, arbitrations, bench or jury trials. Our
services include tree appraisals, tree risk & hazard assessments, urban and wildfire fire damage claims,
tree protection reports for construction projects, tree root investigations, and analysis for personal
injury and property damage cases.
Some of the claims and cases we have worked on include SDGE, Huntington Library and Garden,
Westmont College, Santa Barbara Botanical Garden, City of Los Angeles, and SoCal Gas Company.
