Ruben Green received his master’s degree from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona in Plant Science. He has worked in the landscape and tree industry as a landscape contractor and horticulturist for 26 years. His background includes hands-on experience in tree management, landscape maintenance, landscape construction, and irrigation management. His problem solving approach makes him an excellent choice as a technical consultant on a wide variety of tree and landscape related issues. He has provided detailed investigations, independent analysis, and expert witness testimony in support of litigation for premise liability and trespass cases in southern and northern California.
He has served as an expert witness, technical consultant, or forensic investigator for cases up to 55,000,000. Mr. Green has testified at numerous depositions, mediations, arbitrations, bench, and jury trials. He specializes in appraisals of trees and landscapes, tree risk assessments, urban and wildfire damage claims, tree root analysis, personal injury and property damage claims.
