The case was within weeks of going to trial. Our arborist supported his evaluation using a combination of the trunk formula method, cost of cure, and tree replacements to support tree, and shrub, irrigation, erosion, and landscape damages. Plaintiffs reduced their demand to $750,000. The case settled for an undisclosed amount.
